Please read these TERMS OF SERVICE (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using our website or engaging with any of our services. These terms govern your access to and use of our design services and website at https://ideaas.co (the “Site”). By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

1. Who We Are

Ideaas is a design subscription company. While we operate remotely and currently do not maintain a physical office address, we are a registered business offering high-quality design solutions through a subscription model. Our team works virtually to deliver creative assets, prototypes, and visual deliverables to clients across various industries.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content found on our website—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, code, design files, images, and branding—belongs exclusively to Ideaas unless otherwise stated. You may not duplicate, download, redistribute, or modify any portion of our content without our express written permission.

That said, all final designs and source files that we create specifically for you as a paying subscriber, excluding fonts, stock photography, or third-party licensed content, are your property upon final delivery. We do not claim ownership over the final work created for your brand. However, until your full payment is completed for the month or billing period, ownership rights of the deliverables remain with Ideaas.

3. Fonts and Licensed Materials

We sometimes incorporate fonts, stock assets, or design elements sourced from third parties. If we use a font or image that requires a commercial license, we’ll let you know. It will be your responsibility to purchase any necessary licenses for legal usage and distribution.

We do not transfer licenses unless otherwise explicitly stated. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re using any third-party material legally in your project or brand.

4. How the Service Works

We offer design services under a subscription model. You pay a recurring fee and submit design requests through our platform. Our team then works on your requests in the order they are received, communicating progress and delivering assets in a timely fashion.

There are no contracts or minimum commitments. You can pause, cancel, or resume your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but revisions are a part of the process and may be necessary depending on your feedback.

5. Usage Restrictions

While we strive to provide flexible and user-friendly services, you agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful or abusive activity

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our technology

  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) to interfere with our operations

  • Resell or sub-license our services without written consent

  • Misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of another entity without authorization

  • Submit offensive, defamatory, or infringing materials for us to work on

Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account and access to our services.

6. Turnaround and Delivery

We work on design requests during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Turnaround time may vary based on the complexity of your request and the number of revisions required. We strive for fast, consistent delivery, but make no guarantee of exact delivery dates.

Final files are shared digitally via cloud storage or direct download. We mainly work on Figma, but based on the project type, we may use other tools too. All projects are delivered in standard industry formats (e.g., .PSD, .AI, .PNG, .PDF, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Revisions

Revisions are part of our service. You can request as many revisions as needed until you’re satisfied with the outcome, within reason. We ask for clear, actionable feedback to make the revision process efficient.

Misuse of revisions includes:

  • Repeatedly changing direction on the same task after work has already begun

  • Submitting vague or contradictory feedback with no clear goal

  • Requesting entirely new designs under the guise of a “revision”

  • Abusing the system to get more than the intended output per subscription tier

  • Using revisions to test multiple creative directions simultaneously instead of refining one

Excessive or abusive revision requests may lead to project delays or suspension of services.

8. Refund Policy

Because our work is time-based and involves intellectual effort, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if you’re unhappy with the service in the first billing cycle, you may request a refund. Any approved refund will be subject to a processing fee (usually 25% of the billing cycle) to cover time already spent and Stripe transaction fees, which are non-refundable.

Once a refund is processed, any design work previously delivered must not be used in any capacity—publicly or privately. Ownership of those files remains with Ideaas.

9. Cancellation & Pausing

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, access to our design queue and services will be disabled.

We also allow you to pause your subscription if you need to take a break. When paused, you won’t be billed, and we won’t work on new requests until you resume. 
However because of the new update of Stripe Customer portal, customer can not pause their subscription by their own. You need to inform us as soon as you decide to pause your subscription. We will do it manually for you within 24hr.

10. Feedback and Testimonials

Any feedback, testimonials, or reviews you share with us may be used in our marketing or internal communications. We appreciate your permission to share success stories and visuals, unless you’ve signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with us or otherwise requested confidentiality in writing.

11. Showcasing Work

Unless we’ve signed an NDA or you’ve explicitly asked us not to, we may showcase your projects (non-sensitive parts only) on our portfolio, social media, or website. This helps us show others the kind of work we’re capable of.

You always have the option to opt out by simply sending us an email.

12. Confidentiality & NDAs

We respect your privacy and business information. We’re happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if your project contains sensitive or proprietary information. Just send us your NDA or ask us for a template.

Even without an NDA, we treat your private business information with discretion and professionalism.

13. Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We’re not liable for any unauthorized use of your account caused by your negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, let us know immediately.

14. Limitation of Liability

Ideaas will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You understand that results from creative work can be subjective, and we do not guarantee any business outcomes (such as revenue increase, user growth, or marketing performance).

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you’ve paid us within the last 30 days.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Ideaas, our team members, and partners against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property or otherwise)

  • Content or materials you submit to us for use

16. Privacy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will never sell or misuse your personal information. We operate in accordance with international privacy standards to the best of our ability.

17. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events may lead to temporary unavailability.

18. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ideaas is registered. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in local courts deemed appropriate by both parties. We always aim to resolve disputes amicably before escalating them to legal proceedings.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect business, legal, or regulatory changes. When we do, we’ll notify you via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
